This CMA low temperature undercounter chemical sanitizing commerical dishwasher meets NSF, UL and CUL sanitation and construction standards. This machine does not have heaters, it only relies on the incoming hot water from the connected hot water heater. The model L-1X is constructed entirely of 304 stainless steel. Each unit automatically washes, rinses, and sanitizes food service utensils in standard 20" x 20" racks. Unit comes standard with upper and lower stainless steel wash arms.
